Orders placed on the current day will be processed and ready to ship the following business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and ready to ship on Monday (excluding holidays).
You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email notifying you when your order has been processed and completed.
Shipping Carriers
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders depending on your location and shipping method selected:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
Since we offer free shipping, we use ground shipping services for orders so allow 2-5 business days to deliver depending on departing location and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information, and you will receive an email notifying you of this tracking number. This email will come from Shippo, our shipping software platform. If you do not receive this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
After the shipping carrier has scanned and processed your order, we are no longer responsible for your package in transit. Any questions related to your order status, the location of your package in transit, and/or expected delivery date should be first directed to the shipping carrier stated in your email. Make sure to reference your tracking number if you have one.
Delivered Packages
Kava Spirit does not accept responsibility for packages that have been marked ‘delivered’ by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location. If tracking information indicates a package has been delivered and you have not received it, we recommend checking with your family members and neighbors to make sure they did not receive or accept by mistake or in your absence, before contacting your Shipping Carrier for further information.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Kava you received, you may return the remainder of the product(s) to us for a refund or exchange equal to the amount of the unused product, minus shipping, within 30 days of receipt of your order. Consumable items cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a return, or an exchange as outlined on the back or your printed order receipt. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note the desired exchanged item(s).

Receiving a Refund
Once the product(s) is received, allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return and allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.
Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not returned in its original condition or if it falls outside the eligible return/exchange period.
